Neodent’s Customer Service Department is staffed by highly trained in-house sales advisors who provide customers support via an toll free number, making buying products more convenient, quicker and safer.

This hotline is intended not only for product sales, but also for help and receiving feedback. In addition to the 0800 service, external sales advisors also provide support in the states of São Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul, Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, Goiás, Paraná, Pernambuco, Espírito Santo and the Federal District.

As well as Brazil, Neodent has been present on all seven continents since 2005. Sales abroad are handled by accredited representatives. The international market occupies a large share of the company’s business, which led to the opening of a subsidiary in Lisbon in 2006, and the company now covers more than 30 countries in Latin America, North America and Europe.
