In addition to having the best and most modern equipment, the Industrial Complex benefits from an Integrated Materials Laboratory (IML), which is dedicated to research, development and guaranteeing quality. Laboratory facilities include: Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), which ensures quality from the raw material to the end product; mechanical and metallographic tests, which assess long-term mechanical resistance and enable all products to be analysed at a micro-structural level. The end result is excellence for you, the customer, who trusts us and takes our name into your practice.

Enhancing Human Capital

Enhancing human capital is the main architectural hallmark of the New Industrial Complex. Naturally lit environments are favoured, as is the use of materials and technologies that offer better thermo-acoustic comfort. Our employees now enjoy much better infrastructures and ergonomics in their daily activities.

We also have an on-site restaurant that visually connects with the woods outside serving employees and visitors, including during the various events that are held on the premises. As ongoing training is a major concern, we have built a sizeable auditorium to allow knowledge to be passed on, which is one of the cornerstones of who we are. In addition to intellectual development, we also encourage sport with: multisport courts, a golf course, football pitch and a forest for hiking. These values are the basis of a strong brand that focuses on people and which works for their benefit.

From separating rubbish to treating waste water in our Waste Treatment Facility, we monitor our environment continuously and fully respect current environmental and health legislation. When we were designing the New Industrial Complex, we adopted efficient socio-environmental solutions that respect our employees’ needs and reaffirm the company's position as an environmentally friendly landmark.

We receive scientific support from ILAPEO – the Latin American Institute of Dental Research and Education, a center of excellence for research, progress and innovation in clinical orthodontic practice. All our products are exhaustively tested and verified by highly educated improvement specialists in order to identify potential complications. An institution made up of professionals, professors and researchers, whose objective is to offer post-graduate, specialist and Master’s courses recognised by the CFO, MEC and CAPES.
